Original vintage London Transport poster for Davis Cup at Wimbledon, Interzone Final on July 18, 20 & 21 and Challenge Round on July 25, 27 & 28, 1936. Design by Walter Goetz (1911-1995) features two tennis players holding rackets dressed in white uniforms shaking hands over a tennis net. Printed by the Dangerfield Printing Company Ltd. Davis Cup started in 1900, it is a premier international team event in mens tennis. Great Britain won the 1936 challenge. Good condition, folds, pinholes, tears.
